Now you can use the Peaks on your iPad! Whether you’re tracking your rhythm or managing your Optimal Times, the app scales seamlessly across all your devices with real time iCloud sync.
Larger Widget Size
We’ve introduced a brand new large widget that allows you to view both your current rhythm and upcoming Optimal Times—all in one glance. Perfect for staying on top of your day!
Secret tip: This widget works especially well on your Mac desktop, giving you a full view of your day right on your desktop.

Optimal Times (formerly Routines)
We've completely rebuilt our Routines feature from the ground up, now called Optimal Times. It's smarter, more flexible, and tailored just for you! Align Optimal Times with your commitments by setting custom fixed times, durations and weekdays. Jumpstart your journey with pre-set bundles for sleep, energy, and productivity. Plus, we've redesigned the overview so you can effortlessly organize and customize your Optimal Times.
Timeline Refresh
Your daily overview got a fresh new look! We've revamped the timeline with a sleek, refined design. The best part? Your full timeline is now right on your wrist with our improved Watch App!
Sunlight Synergy
We've partnered with Sunlitt, a fellow indie app, to bring you precise sunlight exposure timings. Peaks will no longer suggest to get sunlight when the sun isn’t even up. And this all works on device to preserve your privacy.
Improved Widgets
You can now toggle to view your optimal times in Widgets and we've also added new styling choices for both phone and watch widgets.
Siri & Shortcuts
You can now ask Siri for your Rhythm & Optimal Times or integrate your Rhythm data into your workflows.

Dive into your biorhythm with our new interactive chart. Zoom, drag, and explore. It’s all about making your rhythms shine and your routines pop!
Speedy Calculations
Our biorhythm engine is now twice as fast and smoother, thanks to a bit of magic and lots of coffee (Check our Instagram to see Clemens’s Coffee tutorial). Plus, with your rhythms now backed up securely on iCloud, we’re cooking up future features that’ll give you even more insights in your past rhythms.
New Widgets
Say hello to 3 new widgets alongside a fresh look for the existing ones. Whether it’s for your lock screen or your wrist, these widgets are all about keeping your rhythm just a glance away. Note: Unlocking the new widgets requires Peaks Pro, but the previous ones remain free for everyone.
Tweaks and Polishes
From swiping away knowledge sheets to improvements to the recovery score, we’ve buffed and polished various parts of the app for a smoother experience.

For those looking to improve their sleep quality, we've added the "Avoid Alcohol" and "Avoid Screens" routines. These are specially designed to help you wind down in the evenings, leading to a more peaceful night's sleep and a fresher start to your day.
To help you feel more energy, we've added routines to energize your day. "Sunlight Exposure" and the redesigned "Exercise" & “Energize” routines are all about syncing your activities with your body's natural clock. By embracing the power of morning sunlight and timing your workouts for late afternoon or early evening, you're not just boosting your energy levels but also enhancing the quality of your sleep.
Understanding the importance of diet in our daily cycle, we've also included routines like "Breakfast," "Lunch," and "Dinner." These are crafted to align your eating habits with your body's circadian rhythm, aiding in better metabolism, improved mood, and overall well-being.

Peaks now aligns with the innovative StandBy feature in iOS 17. Now, when your iPhone is charging, look forward to a full-screen display of your energy forecast. And for iPhone 14/15 Pro users, your Peaks forecast is perennially a glance away, thanks to the Always-On display.

The first thing you'll notice when you update Macaw is its fresh new look. The app has been completely redesigned and reengineered to provide a better user experience. The interface is now more intuitive, making it easier to navigate and use. You'll also find that the app is faster and more responsive than ever before.
Macaw has always been great at helping you track your expenses, but with version 2022.2, the app has some new tricks up its sleeve. One of the most exciting new features is Spaces, which allows you to create separate budgeting areas for different parts of your life. For example, you might create a space for your personal expenses and another for your business expenses. This makes it easier to keep track of your spending in different areas of your life.
Another new feature is Bucket insights. With Bucket insights, you can get a better understanding of your spending habits by seeing how much you're spending in different buckets over time. This can help you identify areas where you might be overspending and make adjustments to your budget accordingly.
Macaw version 2022.2 also introduces Lock Screen widgets, which allow you to check your budget without even opening the app. This is a great feature for anyone who wants to stay on top of their finances on the go.
